Welcome to Amaratas. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

Plus subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in GBP and may change with notice.

3. Your content

You own the memories, voice recordings, photos and notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them so we can provide the service to you and the people you choose to share with.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Amaratas to harm, deceive, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Disclaimers

Amaratas is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not a replacement for professional mental health support.

6. Legacy access

In the event of your passing, we will grant your nominated loved ones lifetime access to your Amaratas portal and its content at no extra cost, provided we can verify the circumstances. This is our promise to help your voice and memories stay with the people who matter most.
