Your memories are deeply personal. We treat them that way. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, the relationship and child's first name you choose.
• Memories: photos, notes, voice recordings, questionnaire answers.
• Purchase records: subscription status and order history (no card details).
• Usage data: app interactions to improve the experience.

How we use it

• To provide the app — store memories, generate voice replies, run the child chat.
• To process payments via Apple, Stripe and RevenueCat.
• To send essential service emails. We don't send marketing without consent.

Who we share with

Only the processors we need to run the service: Supabase (hosting), OpenAI/Google/ElevenLabs (AI features), Stripe and Apple (payments). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from the Grown-ups area. You can also email info@amaratas.ai and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Children

Amaratas is set up by an adult parent or guardian. The child mode is designed for child-safe interaction but the account holder is always the adult.
